another good TED talk. don’t read the comments though, there’s this one about how we need to actually fix our SOIL before we can start fixing our vegetables, and how our modern soil composition brings us bushels of soy weighing 10 pounds less than it used to… or something. whatever it was, it made me cold sweat.
